The photos I shoot don’t outshine the client’s personality, but reveal it in an intimate, captivating way. Everyone on set for your shoot from me, to the lighting person, to my assistant, to hair and makeup are all there to ensure your comfort and success.
Hair and Makeup
You may either come to location hair and makeup ready or we can provide a talented hair and makeup artist for you. If you decide to come hair and makeup ready, please bring your make up for touch ups. If you are doing your own makeup, it should look like you just on your best day!
What Constitutes a Look?
A look should be a change in your attire that makes a statement. For example- adding a cardigan to a tank top is not a look change. Changing a top, changing the hair, a drastic make up change, changing both bottom and top layer would be considered a look change. If you are unclear prior to coming in whether you have enough looks please feel free to send in photos of the garments and I can guide you.
Bring outfits that are in your style. Garments that make you feel both comfortable and confident. Also, know your type! Know the roles you are going in for and choose garments to support that look. Bring in a variety of well-kept, crisp, clean necklines (V-neck, crew, etc.) Layering options are great to play with. A variety of colors is an excellent idea! If you are looking to do a ¾ shot please make sure you are wearing the appropriate pants, as they will be in the shot. Bring shoes that complete all looks and that you feel comfortable and confident in.
